Technicolor Jackass
Here's something I once said I'd never do, apply color to my Jackass cartoon. The book collection of this strip from the mid 1990s, published by Jason Miles, has just received notice as one of the best reads of 2010, by the review blog Midnight Fiction.

How's the Water?
Here's another installment of my weekly strip from the late 90s, You Stupid Little Duck, now with color added. To see more than half a dozen of this strip's funnier episodes, check out the brand-new anthology, Wet Paint #2, now available from Jason Mile's inimitable Profanity Hill zine empire.

Jackass Warning
I awoke to this interesting message, scrawled in chalk across the signature engraving I placed in the sidewalk outside my front door a few years back. The face is that of my character Jackass, who appeared in a weekly strip back in the 1990s, and also in a book collection from Drink Me Press. For a for extensive travelogue of the engraving's life cycle, go here.

Here's a color variation of an illustration that appears in this week's Seattle Weekly. The drawing was done while on vacation, sitting beneath a large oak tree.

Madness, Interviewed
Here's another comic panel from the mid 1990s, the title panel to an unpublished story. For a peek into the thought process that goes into this, and much of my art, go to today's cartoonist interview at David-Wasting-Paper.
