Since mid-November of 2004, I have been producing A Drawn Perspective, a weekly editorial cartoon that runs in six newspapers in the Seattle area, these being the Beacon Hill News, Capitol Hill Times, Magnolia News, North Seattle Herald-Outlook, Madison Park Times, and Queen Anne News. Splitting its focus between city, state, national, and international issues, as well as commentary on general aspects of culture and life in the twenty-first century, it proves to be a good exercise in both honing my cartooning skills and keeping me aware of the complex tapestry of current events.
Below you will find ten of my favorites from the past three and a half years. For a larger archive of this feature, click here for a slideshow journey backwards through the moments that have shaped our recent past.
